The registration fee includes conference registration, lodging, six meals, social hours, breaks, shuttle service to and from the conference, and the proceedings book. Registration fees are $590 for a semi-private, two-person room ($690 after May 8). There are a limited number of single person rooms at $765 ($865 after May 8).All registrations must be received at OCATE by June 12. Roommates for the semi-private rooms will be assigned on a random basis unless otherwise noted on your registration form. If OCATE is notified before June 12, a substitute may attend in place of a registered participant. Requests for refunds must be received by OCATE by June 12, 1998; after this date, refunds cannot be made. We regret that the limited number of rooms do not allow us to accommodate non-attending spouses at the Conference Center. Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins and lodges.
